Most outdoor tumblers fail at year three — at the rust line, at the latch, at the body cracking under load. We engineered Ti.30 to outlast that, and we wrote a warranty that says so.

Coverage at a glance

What we'll do

If a covered defect arises within the applicable period, Thermofilik will, at our option:

1. Repair the product;
2. Replace the affected component or the entire product with a comparable model; or
3. Refund the original purchase price.

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished, and may be a current model rather than the original. Replaced parts become the property of Thermofilik.

What's not covered

• Cosmetic wear, including UV fade, surface scuffs, and discoloration from compost contents.
• Damage from impact, drop, or transport in your possession after delivery.
• Damage caused by filling the product beyond a maximum load of 300 lb (136 kg). For reference, 30 gallons of saturated, food-scrap-heavy compost weighs approximately 225 lb. Loads exceeding 300 lb generally indicate the product has been filled with material other than compostable matter — rocks, sand, gravel, or masonry debris.
• Damage caused by using the product as a step or seat, by fire or heat exposure beyond ambient outdoor conditions, by freezing of solid contents, or by any use other than backyard composting.
• Damage caused by modification, repair by a third party, or use of non-Thermofilik replacement parts.
• Acts of nature — flooding, falling debris, lightning, and similar events.
• Products purchased used, second-hand, or from an unauthorised reseller.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@thermofilik.com with: your order number, the product model, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
2. We respond within 3 business days with next steps. Most claims are resolved within 14 days.
3. If a return is required, we provide a prepaid label. We pay outbound shipping on all warranty repairs and replacements within the contiguous United States.
4. International warranty claims (outside the United States) are honoured for the same coverage periods, but you are responsible for return shipping and any import duties on replacement parts.

Registration

No registration is required. Your order record IS your registration. To file a claim you will need proof of purchase — your order number from the original transaction, or a dated receipt from an authorised reseller. Keep your order confirmation email; that is all that is required.

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable. Coverage applies only to the original purchaser — the person whose name appears on the original order. Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thermofilik's liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product. Thermofilik is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost compost materials, plant damage, property damage, or lost use, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
